Hey there 👋, I’m Creative Web Designer, a Solopreneur, and Passionate Artist!
Rajesh Rathod is a self-taught web designer based in Pune, India. He’s all-rounder, who can both code + design. He founded Wordplus Technology, helping buisness with UX & Content Writing. Currently he’s building digital products and design libraries. He brings Indian Cultural & Economics understanding to clients projects, helping them in quickly building prototypes, mockups, or launching websites & UI UX Products.
His journey began in 2018 with writing blogs on Google’s Blogger, eventually leading him to the world of WordPress. Since then, Rajesh has become a contributor to the WordPress ecosystem—co-organizing WordCamp Pune, a premier annual tech event, and contributed to the WordPress 6.8 core release.
Passionate about community, creativity, and continuous learning, Rajesh enjoys working on block themes and plugin development. Rather than a specialist, he likes being a “jack of all trades” and keeps constantly exploring new skills and domains.
Outside of code, you’ll find him reading books, listening to podcasts, sketching, or catching a good film. He’s always open to conversations and collaborations—feel free to connect with him on LinkedIn!

2012: Got first-hand experience with computers in 6 grade at JNV, Beed.
2014: Got introduced to Visual Basic (VB 6.0) and wrote my first programme!
2015: Tried to learn HTML & CSS but couldn’t complete.
2017-18: Launched First Blog titled “Rajyog Nagari” (Marathi) on Blogger.com
2021-22: Launched this site for writing blogs & publishing artwork online.
2023:
- Launched “UPSC Monk” Site for UPSC Aspirants.
- Launched “Neogene Technology” (micro-agency), to test IT business prospects, later named WordPlus Studio.

Higher Education
After 3 years of Educational Gap ( I was preparing for UPSC CS Exam) I enrolled myself for Masters at FC College and I feel good about it.
I’m studying different Market Structures, Pricing Strategies, Hypothesis Testing, Employment & Growth, Incomes, Inflation and policy impacts etc.
2019-22
College Education
Till class 12th, I studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology (PCMB) but for my Graduation, I wanted to Pivot to Art’s Steam, which will help me in my UPSC Preparation.
I choose Economics, as a major subject and now, it helps me greatly to understand Indian Finances, Growth Rates, Inflation, which in-turn help me to take good financial decisions in my personal/professional career.
2012-19
High School Education
I gave Navodaya Entrance Test in class 5th and I got selected! Navodaya hugely shaped my perspective, thinking, helped me developing my Fine-Arts and Leadership qualities and I greatly admire for its contribution.
I also went to JNV Multhan, Dhar, MP in Class 9th (2015-16) under Student Exchange Program (Migration Policy for National Integration). I got introduced to Malavi, Nemadi & Adivasi Culture and later helped me assimilate and live in cosmopolitan culture.
2006-2012
Primary Education
I studied here from my first standard to firth standard.
