Intellectual Property (IP) and Patent Life Cycle Management

IP-

  • Symbols – Trademarks
  • Artistic Work – Copyrights
  • – Designs
  • – Patents

Any IP that can be “Recognized” by laws are called as Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).

(c) Rajesh Rathod, 2025 – IP

When I get a certificate, it becomes an IPR.

Note: In IPR, Years are important.

When you write “(c) Copyright Rajesh Rathod 2025,” the onus is on the Author (here, Rajesh Rathod) to prove it.

India is a signatory to the Bern Convention (I think it falls under GATT).

IPRs give Protection to Inventions & Creativity.
